If there is an allegation of violation of probation in Florida, the first thing that happens is, your probation officer will submit an allegation of violation to the judge of the division that placed you on probation. Once that happens, more often than not the judge is going to sign a warrant for your arrest that has no bond attached to it. What does this mean? When you get picked up on that warrant, you’re gonna be held in custody with no opportunity to bond out, util your violation of probation is resolved.
