What is a no contact order?
A no contact order is an order that is issued by the court against someone who’s been arrested for a crime in which a victim is alleged. A lot of times, we see them in domestic violence cases. A no contact order is actually a very serious thing when it’s been issued against you. Because any violation of that no contact order is a separate crime and punishable as a misdemeanor and may also involve the revocation of your bond, where the no contact order was issued to begin with.
